The live part of the silent auction will take place from 5-7 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2017. We hope you can all make it, but we realize that it’s not possible for many of our far away fans to get out here in January, so we will be accepting online bids again this year. Online bidding will be available only via email: admin@ocracokepreservation.org starting January 4th until noon on the day of the event (January 28, 2017).
Online bid increments can be placed in even dollar amounts. $10 is the minimum starting bid for any piece. Please make sure to include the canvas number, name and artist so I am sure to write your name in by the correct work of art! At the live portion of the event, the higest online bid will be the starting bid on the piece. On site bid increments will be in even 5 dollar amounts. Any winning canvases from online bids will be sent to the winners with a $5 shipping charge added. Most canvases are 6 x 8 inches. I will give approximate measurements for the ones that are different. We will post the current high bids as a comment by each photo, so if you are bidding online, you will know where to start.
